'연봉카페홀릭'은 무궁화공원의 푸름과 평온한 주거지가 만나는 홍천 연봉리의 일상적인 풍경 속에 짙은 테라코타 톤의 매혹적인 자태로 내려앉은 카페이다. 주변의 무채색 건물들 사이에서 햇살의 각도에 따라 깊은 입체감을 뿜어내는 붉은 스타코 외벽은 단숨에 시선을 사로잡는다. 물길처럼 유연하게 이어지는 보행로를 따라 안으로 들어서면, 건물의 심장부인 아늑한 중정이 모습을 드러낸다. 소나무 한 그루와 자연석이 빚어낸 여백의 미는 사방의 대형 통창을 통해 실내 모든 공간으로 스며든다. 머무는 이의 시선이 어디를 향하든 계절의 숨결을 고스란히 품은 정원의 풍경이 함께 호흡하는, 따스하고 감각적인 휴식처이다. Settled amidst the familiar scenery of Yeonbong-ri in Hongcheon—where Mugunghwa Park meets a peaceful neighborhood—this café presents a captivating presence in deep terracotta tones. Standing out gently among the neutral-toned surroundings, its red stucco exterior walls create rich, dimensional plays of light depending on the shifting sun. Following a pathway that flows as fluidly as a gentle stream, visitors are drawn into the building's beating heart: a cozy, embraced courtyard. The minimalist poetry crafted by a single pine tree and natural stones permeates every indoor seat through expansive glass windows.
