Seulgine sits on a site that offers both city convenience and open nature. The clients wanted the life of a detached house without giving up their privacy, so the private rooms are set apart and the house gains a veranda, an inner yard, and a hobby room that belong to the family alone. A skip-floor plan follows the slope of the site, while a high-ceilinged living room and a large window across the front open the space up.
